The following set of terms and conditions ("Terms") applies to the services ("Services") offered by Home Repair, MD ("The Company", "We", "Us", "Our") to you ("The Customer", "You", "Your").

1. Services

The Company is a construction and repair business specializing in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Drywall Cracking, Nail Pops or Holes Peeling Areas Loose Drywall Tape and Peeling Paint Texture Water Damage

2. Service Terms

2.1 Drywall Cracking, Nail Pops or Holes

We will repair issues caused by normal wear and tear, settling or accidental damage. Any repair beyond these common issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Peeling Areas

We will repair and refinish areas that appear to be peeling, including but not limited to paint, wallpaper, or other wall coverings.

2.3 Loose Drywall Tape and Peeling Paint

Repair and remediation Services for loose drywall tape and peeling paint will be offered as per the requirements of the project.

2.4 Texture

We will manage inconsistent texture, acoustic or popcorn ceiling texture, or tape and texture of new drywall.

2.5 Water Damage

We offer repair services for stained drywall and areas that have been remediated due to water penetration. However, the Company is not responsible for the cause of water damage and recommends professional assessment for potential ongoing water-related issues.

3. Cost and Payment

The costs involved in each of the services and project will be determined and discussed with you before commencing. Any change in cost due to unexpected circumstances shall be notified and agreed upon in writing. All payments are to be made as per agreed payment schedule.

4. Exclusions

Damage caused by negligence, abuse, or misuse by the customer or third parties, natural disasters, structural changes made without our knowledge, or work done by other contractors on the same area without notification is not covered in our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for our Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.

6. Warranty

We provide a warranty on all our services as per the terms discussed specifically for each project. The warranty period is subject to the nature of the repair or refurbishment work which will be clearly mentioned in our agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of our Services shall be settled through friendly consultation. In case no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of North Las Vegas, Nevada, US.
